When booking a taxi, it’s essential to provide the following information to ensure a smooth and convenient service:

Full Name and email address, Pick-up Location, Destination, Date and Time of Service, Number of Passengers, Contact Information, and Flight Details.

You have two options:

Book Two Separate Journeys: You can book your outbound and return trips separately through our online booking form, especially if the return journey is not simply a reverse of your initial route and involves different itineraries.

Book Both Ways in One Go: If your return trip is essentially the reverse of your initial journey, you can conveniently book both simultaneously through our booking form. This lets you settle your travel plans in one go, ensuring that your transportation is sorted for both your outward and return journeys.

We recommend choosing the booking method that best reflects your travel plans to ensure a seamless service.

The meeting point with your driver will depend on the airport you are arriving at. We will establish all details with you during the booking process to ensure a smooth pickup.

 

Here are the specifics for various airports:

Stansted: Your driver will meet you in the drop-off and pickup area. C.

Gatwick:

South Terminal: Your driver will be waiting at the Express pickup point.

North Terminal: Meet your driver at Premier Inn.

Heathrow: Your driver will pick you up holding a signboard with your name or the details provided during the booking.

Luton: The pickup point is at the Express pickup area.

London City: The pickup will be facilitated at the Express pickup point.

To facilitate easy identification, we will also notify you with the driver’s details, including their name and contact number.

In the rare event that you cannot find your driver upon arrival, we recommend taking the following steps:

Check Your Messages: Refer to the driver details sent to your mobile or email to contact the driver directly.

Stay in the Designated Pickup Area: Remain in the designated pickup area mentioned in the driver details or the area discussed during the booking process for the specific airport.

Contact Customer Support: If you’re unable to reach the driver, please call our customer support helpline immediately. We will assist you in locating your driver promptly.

Allow Some Time: In case of flight delays or busy traffic conditions, there might be slight delays. We request you to wait for a short while as your driver makes their way to you.

We understand that flight delays can happen. To handle such situations, we continuously monitor flight statuses using the flight details you provide during the booking process. If your flight is delayed, we will automatically reschedule your pickup time based on the new flight arrival time, ensuring that your driver will be there to pick you up once you land.

This service is provided at no extra charge; however, in the case of substantial delays or changes in your flight schedule, we appreciate timely communication from your end to make necessary adjustments. If you discover a delay, please notify us immediately to help us serve you better.

Payments can be made by cash, credit card including Visa, Master card, American Express, or any other credit or Debit card or bank transfer.

Technically, we are open 24 hours a day, seven days a week. We undertake airport transfers at any time of the day or night, and you will be provided with an emergency contact number and the driver’s phone for out-of-hours support.

Yes, you can cancel your booking at any stage. We understand that plans can change, so we offer a flexible cancellation policy to accommodate your needs.

We encourage you to review our cancellation policy detailed on our website or contact our customer service team for any queries regarding cancellation and applicable charges.

Yes, we absolutely do. After completing your journey, we can provide you with a receipt for your records.

If you suspect you’ve left something in our car, contact us immediately via phone or email.

If we find your item, we’ll arrange a courier service to return it to you (courier charges apply). Our drivers check the vehicles post-trip, but quick reporting enhances the recovery chances.

We do not provide child safety seats at this time. However, we encourage you to bring your own for the safety of your young ones. If you plan to book your return trip with us, we will happily store your child’s safety seat and ensure it is available for your return journey. This way, you won’t have to carry it around during your stay. Please mention this request at the time of booking to facilitate this service.

All airport transfers can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time without penalty. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the pickup time will incur a 50% cancellation fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 2 hours of the pickup time or for no-shows
