We’ve added a new 8-seater minibus to the Express Travel Thanet fleet because a standard car isn’t always enough anymore.
More bookings now involve families travelling together, groups heading to the airport, or passengers with several suitcases. Rather than splitting people across vehicles, this gives us a simple, practical way to keep everyone together and properly spaced.
We cover Thanet and surrounding areas, including Canterbury and wider East Kent, and this addition helps us plan group travel more sensibly.
Why this vehicle was needed
Over time, we noticed the same issue coming up again and again.
Early flights, late-night arrivals, family holidays, or group trips often meant limited space in a standard airport taxi. Bags ended up filling footwells or boots were pushed to their limit.
The 8-seater minibus solves that problem. Everyone has a proper seat, luggage fits where it should, and the journey starts and ends in a calmer way.

This means everything is agreed in advance: pick-up time, location, destination, passenger numbers, luggage, and flight details where relevant. It allows us to allocate the right vehicle and avoid last-minute changes on the day.
